    Ok, this looks fun. I caught 'Statesmen' or 'Statesman' on the belt buckle of one of the bad guys(?), which makes it look like the Americans have a version of this type of group and are attacking the British one for some reason.

    Really liked the first one, so hoping this next one is awesome as well.

    Yeah, JV doesn't strike me as an aficionado of action-spy-comedy popcorn movies.

    I thought the first one was unexpectedly fun for what it was.

    Liked the origin story, although the villain was way over the top. They could stay the same or turn this into something more serious. I'll be interested.

    The whole point was to be an over the top James Bond. I doubt they'll take it in a serious direction.

    The first one was enjoyable other than every time Samuel L Jackson talked with his fake lisp. Over the top can be fun, but that made the whole thing feel like sketch comedy. Thought I was watching Austin Powers for half the movie.

    The Archer ad for Kingsman was a million times better than the actual movie. I watched the first on an airplane.... who the hell is paying to watch this at theaters?
