If we're talking about best players that played for Les:

C - Olajuwon
PF - Barkley
SF - McGrady
SG - Harden
PG - Francis

I'd say the team above would not be very cohesive. I think you replace Francis with Lowry or Kenny Smith or Dragic, you'd be a much much better team.

If we're talking about best players that were under contract for Les:

C - Olajuwon
PF - Barkley
SF - McGrady
SG - Harden
PG - Paul

Acquired during his tenure:

C - Yao
PF - Barkley
SF - McGrady
SG - Harden
PG - Paul

Regardless, he had some nice players and won two championships. Not too bad.
