I thought he had a great game, too, and was over-shadowed by Joe Chi debut but that is the NBA. Excited o both of them.

Wasn't really impressed. He made a couple nice moves going to the rim but got fouls against crappy defenders that likely won't be there in the NBA.

Also he seemed to have tunnel vision driving to the rim. For instance one time he drew contact going straight at the rim with 3 defenders there instead of passing to the wide open shooter in the corner.

I think from these highlights Isiah Taylor looked better

Is he on the contract with us? I am not sure if I remember it wrong, it seems he is still a FA at this time.

Niiice, should of had 30 tho! He needs to finish better, dunk with authority instead going for the soft layup.

The dude is so fast. They even mentioned it last night that he has a sprinter's build. But he's almost too fast and loses control trying to go full speed. Maybe if he dialed it back a bit and used his eyes more. One of the things that makes Harden so deceptive is his ability to scan the floor and accelerate at the right time. This would make Troy more dangerous if he can control his speed.

    He's 100% Corey Brewer 2.0

All out hustle all the time

    Runs, runs, runs

Inconsistent 3PT shot with bad mechanics

Best when running the fast break

Good length an energy on defense

    Makes boneheaded turnovers and mistakes

Overall I like him as a vet min player a lot. I'm excited about what Williams, Qi and Oliver can bring to the table for us this season. I feel like all could make imediate contributions with our loss of depth.

I'm not a big CBA guy, help me out here. Troy Williams is a free agent is he not? Can we include him in a trade package? If so, do we have his bird rights and what is the max we can sign him to in for a 1 year contract?

Last thing i remember is Feigen saying that we didn't extend him a qo so yeah, he should be unrestricted free agent now. But i think it's possible the Rockets have already a deal with him, maybe they're waiting to make the Melo trade so they can ship out the non guatanteed guys and sign Troy...don't know.

If he wasn't so stupid he would be on an NBA roster.

So we can't sign and trade him with other players, correct?

Great motor. Long term I like Tim Quarterman.
