Media loves points. Not surprising to see guys win rookie of the year that don't ever become stars. ROY often goes to guys who aren't afraid to score, even if they aren't efficient.
Reke earned every single bit of his ROY award. forget efficiency, he balled out as a rookie -- on a level that most NBA players never reach even at their peak. Look at the past ROY winners, outside of MCW...all are LEGIT all-stars in the NBA now. On another note, maloclm brogdon didn't even put up that many points this year.
He is young enough to revert back to his 15-16 ppg numbers..... he was injured and his role got smaller
Looks like guys just looking for opportunity now. I know he has been injured a lot lately but that's a low deal. I think with the right team and role he can be successful.

The grizzlies boards have been pining for tyreke for years. I just think when the Grizz was outbid for Vince they took tyreke as the consolation prize.
lol at thinking Harden would go anywhere near Grizzlies. Anyways, dont think they can afford Harden until that Chandler Parsons contract runs out.
