James Harden has done a great job as GM so far. Fired the doofus idiot Kevin McFail, hired Mike AntoniO. Then went and recruited Chris Paul.

Deserves GM of the year next season...

I think this is the whole ball game. This is what getting CP was all about. Harden is the main talent, but CP will be the boss. He'll be the organizer, recruiter, and virtual GM. He's supremely respected and plugged in. Morey will seek and move contracts to facilitate what CP thinks we need. CP's physical abilities will decline, but his organizing, recruiting, and bossing abilities won't.

 

He probably felt underappreciated and underutilized In l.a.

 

So I guess Harden was robbed of both MVP and EOY. Glad that Morey learned the hard way that no one gives a **** about his nerdy numbers and free iPads. Remember when he tried to convince Bosh that him, Wade and Lebron would not win enough together.

 

Harden will be 30, CP3 34 in 2 years and we will still be talking about some trade where we got Harden. How about Sam presti dude got Paul george for nothing

So we are right that Chris Paul has made Morey obsolete. Morey can throw away his iPads now.

actually, it all starts at the top. Owner has to buy in, GM has to take in all input, process and execute and coordinate with players with the power. Props to Les and Morey. Harden and Paul need to pull the chemistry together with talent. All needed to get to championship level. Then again you could have Sacramento or other ownership.
