    they say, they want to bring in professionals from winning cultures. That's the MO behind bringing in these vets. they know losing is contagious and they know they have a loser organization. so they want to bringing in some winners in the hope it will rub off on the young guys.

    I've seen bad teams do this before. It doesn't work. They'll still suck for years to come. it starts with the draft. they need to get their draft right. too many busts in recent years.

    Carmelo in his prime is better than Gordon, but at this point of his career, melo is only a slight improvement at best.

    Not to mention, Gordon is a better fit.

    I thought they needed to be as bad as possible this year since they don't have their 2019 pick. I like De'arron Fox, but he's no superstar prospect. They should be tanking for Doncic or Porter. Kings gon King

    u have to account for the fact that Melo would now be playing next to Harden and CP3 and not have to create everything for himself in isolation...he'll be playing at the 4 where he's a much better player...he only played PF 21% of the time this past season

    Melo at the 4 even at this stage of his career>>Gordon at any position
