Melo took a dump at Bush airport........ they are testing his stool as we speak, expect an update within the hour.
ahhh hahahaa. I remember that. Didn't he come brag about it too like "Hey guys check it out! Here's pics of me and Yao after I followed him home at night."
Ding ding ding Doc after trade: Paul wanted to play w Harden. I can't be mad at that Harden is a unselfish superstar that's 28. While Melo, Paul, Lebron get older .. he's the guy that's still in his prime.
Banana is being considered the most racist word for the group of "American Asian". Yellow skin and white filling. Not sure if black people will also have similar food/fruit for the same purpose.
" I luv ya bruh, u my dawg, but I gotta do things apart from you. No disrespect but my legacy gon be he was a NO body until joining 'bron. I can't do dat my brutha. I just can't ". I'm gonna kick it down in h-town with my new homies " "Do what ya gotta do Melo, ur still my boy. " Welcome to H-town Melo.
Hot take right here. No wonder _holic is a very well respected insider. The roster still has open spaces so he guaranteed us two more guys. No wonder I used the 1 week free trial to your insider newsletter and then dumped it sista
Between AAU, summer leagues, sponsored showcases, basketball academies and prep schools, etc. it seems like these guys have played together or at least known each other for half their lives before even getting to the league. Of course the internet makes it that much easier to maintain these relationships regardless of location. On top of that, contracts are inflated; as long as they're not complete trash, players are going to make tens of millions of dollars and be set for life. As a result, the league is naturally less competitive. Compare this to the 80's where players weren't childhood friends, and the salary cap (in '85) was a minuscule $4.23M. Even adjusting for inflation that's only $9.56M for an entire team, and we currently have a league where Meyers Leonard alone makes $9.9M. League minimum was $70k and earning potential was limited to roughly a decade; guys didn't have the luxury to simply make the league and then coast for the rest of their career. TL;DR: I miss when players hated each other and had to fight tooth and nail for their livelihood.
We have no 1 and no 2. Hardens the best, cp3 is 2nd. If we got melo he would be 3rd best. Thatd be fantastic but if not im still happy we got our no 2. Anthony is amazing but the least valuable out of those 3
