If he's ring chasing for the Vet Min, I'd love to pick him up. If anything he's insurance in case EGO has to be out for an extended period. We're still extremely thin at our Forward slots, but with PJ's defensive versatility I'm not too concerned (Yet - I'd still prefer to pick up a Brandon Bass-esque player).
Jamal is great teammate, I've heard. He also is great ball handler and he creates own shoots. However : - he has very big contract, at least twice bigger than he right now deserves. - he is extremely inefficient, but if he have a day ... - he is not good in clutch. - he is bad defender If everything goes wrong he could came in and change situation but overall he will hurt his team by his inefficiency and lack of defense.
