How do you literally know we won't still be 4-5 in the west with Melo, you have to give up part of the core that was 3rd in the west last year. So you should literally stop calling people idiots, because you literally don't know how good Melo or the team will be with him

I really hope Eric Gordon is not included in the trade. The Rockets need a deep bench. Damn, the Knicks should've fired Phil Jackson after free agency...

Do we really want Anthony? His stats have trailed off from his prime, he clogs up ball movement on offense, offers little on the defensive end, and has a history of contributing to poor team chemistry. Obviously you take him if he gets bought out of his deal and you can get him for $5 million per year, but I think we need to think twice about trading valuable pieces for Anthony. The "Super Team" rarely is super when you are piecing together players past their primes -- and I would count Anthony in this mix. I would not could Chris Paul as being past his prime -- his stats have not declined.

    GOOD DAY

hmmmmmmmmmmmmm not defending the guy..... but we subtract Bev and less than half season worth of lou williams and scrub Dekker....... and added hall of famer Chris Paul, defensive ace Pj tucker, and hypothetically Carmelo Anthony... so yes... you are an idiot if you dont think we have gotten better.....with Melo we would undoubtedly be better than last year and possibly be the 2nd best team in the NBA..... but better than last season.

Would this also be the second season for Capela to start? That's who I'm personally most excited to watch. I'm hoping he improves his free throw shooting a bit and his blocking.

Anyone else think the Cavs would be making a mistake by trading Love for Melo? If I was Morey I'd be trying to get in that deal and steal Love.

Bro we lost to the Spurs without kawhi & tony Parker and you think just because we added CP3 we can compete with the Spurs/GS/& the cavs? GTFO

Without Melo we are a second round exit. I swear this board doesn't know anything about competition if they think Love gets us a championship

I highly doubt they move Love for Melo. They have no reason to.

Shumpert, Frye. Jefferson and Felder get it done financially, Cavs could throw in a 1st. Would be a great trade for both teams. Knicks wouldn't be getting any bad contracts, could likely flip Frye/Shump for a couple of 2nd's as well. Cavs would get Melo without trading Love.

You are like clockwork on here every night about Melo. It's quite impressive. Your sheer will of wanting this done may actually work. Keep hope alive!!
