Unless someone really talented at the 4/5 like dmo is willing to sign for the minimum (would be awesome) I think we go veteran guard. Between uthoff, joe chee, Oliver and onuaku we can find someone to take up the backup 4/5 minutes that are there for scraps. Barbosa is my top target right now for the minimum.
He actually had some good playoff games away from toyota center. Road playoff points by game 18,9,14,18,19
Like Barbosa. But at 34, would rather go younger. Dont know his price range, have heard he can be a coaches headache, but Treke Evans would be a solid addition. Evans, Utnoff, Onuaku, Gordon, Nene, Tucker, I could live with that bench.
Welcome. I'm hoping guys like Uthoff can give us some youth and energy. We're not done yet and expect Morey for fill out the bench and keeping working to get a star.
Willie Reed won't command the money that Serge Ibaka and Paul Millsap get. Daryl Morey ought to consider if the free agent is worth taking a chance with. Do it while he's still available. http://hoopshype.com/2017/07/03/fre...son-is-to-win-the-most-improved-player-award/ https://allucanheat.com/2017/06/02/how-miami-heat-can-replace-willie-reed/
Deron Williams, backup pg to Chris? Marreese Speights as insurance for nene or Anderson if he gets hurt. Could be a good 1 year deal with incentives . These 2 should round out the roster perfectly.
Trolling much? 3rd best record in the NBA since his arrival. Turned the franchise over after the Mcgrady/Yao injuries and the Dwight Howard experience without a losing record. I mean people can disagree with some of the moves, and their have been obvious missteps but he's intelligently prepared this team for the future and still swung for the fences when the opportunity has presented itself. To say he's spectacularly underachieved is either completely disingenuous or stupid. Yes championships are always the ultimate goal. We don't have one. But if that's your one and only criteria be prepared to be disappointed by just about everyone.
