He was the third best player on a playoff team who happened to also be the third overall pick three seasons ago (three seems to be a relevant number here). So I'm not sure if you're as avid if you think you are.

Porter is excellent and many thought he would get a max offer and a second or even third max is coming.
Barnes to me in Rudy Gay 2, destined to be a not very efficient volume scorer on average teams. Porter is a smart player who will make any team better, he's a glue player that contending clubs like to have. his floor is a better Shane Battier.
