yeah, but our style has changed. We lost to too many crap teams last season. Atleast we havent seen a repeat of that yet.

Its the 4th quarter right now and the Rox are down by 16 because of needless fouls. I had a feeling that if they lost this game that it would be there own faults. I think that if the Rockets improve on those little things then the Mavs wont ever stand a chance. I beileve that this is going to happen soon....

I disagree Junkyard. I think we played the best we possibly can tonight. "A"- for effort and an "F" - for execution.

we don't lose to crap teams anymore for this reason:

    Yao Ming:

    - He alters shots and makes guards re-think driving the lant
    - Causes double teams and leaves our 3-ballers open shots
    - Takes up space that other teams were using to rebound in
    - Distracts other teams from our Pg/Sg tandem, letting them walk all over the place once he has the ball

It has nothing to do with the Rockets actual improvement, it has everything to do with teams changing thier strategy against us...

The bandwagoners are gonna have a feast tonight.

guess we need a good loss every now and then to bring out the trolls.

Come on. Last year, we lost them more than 20 points a game.
This game, it is only 14 now.

You know you may be right. The funny thing is, the Rockets haven't played any differently than they have all season. The only difference between this game and the others is that our shots weren't falling tonight and we were playing a good team that blatantly exposed all our weaknesses.

On a positive note, at least the fans didn't get a free Big Mac :D

Well said. I can't believe SF is so selfish.
2 on 1 fast break. Oh man.

Our PF position certainly hurts us. MoT, EG can't play.
Then Pike Griffen out. We play short-handed.

I am pretty sure JVG will find our weakness and work things out.

I'm upset that we lost, but I'm not really mad at the Rockets. I mean, this Dallas team is LOADED! And like Barkley said, there's only 2 teams in the league who can match up with Dallas and their 4 all-stars (and 2 potential all-stars!). These guys can put up 110 easily every night, and we at least held them under 100. If we have to lose, try to look on the bright side of the loss and look on to the next game. Don't go on bashing Yao for not being aggressive, Steve for dribbling too much, Cat for shooting poorly....because internet bashing isn't gonna solve anything. All we can do is support the Rockets for their next game.

So again, be mad about the loss, not at the Rockets.

You did Yao even get the freakin ball at all in the 4th quarter, cause he only scored, what, 2 pts in the second half! Our guys just didn't seem to get that, hey if the outside shots aren't falling, then dish it inside! PENETRATE!!!
