What are our Expectations from these guys?
While we are looking at potential outside assets

What are our expectations of what we have.

Will these two see alot of playing time?

Troy plays which position - SG and SF?
Chinanu plays - PF and C?

The question should be asked after the roster is set.
    At this point? Who knows.

Troy Williams I hope he gets Playing Time. Anything else is gravy.

6 underhanded FTs from Nanu. I would sacrifice Melo, CP3, Paul George, and Hayward for 6 prime time granny shots.

I think Troy showed enough to make Dekker expendable. Could be the same with Nanu and Harrell.

    Can't wait for summer league!

If they're around they'll get some good experience. Troy Williams in particular if he does nothing but work on his 3pt shot, he is a rotation player in this league. Onuaku I am excited to see if he can flourish because he can pass the ball at the 5 spot, which would go great in our offense.

I thought they didn't extend a qualifying offer to Troy

This implies that if Troy had not shown enough, Houston would not have completed the trade for Chris Paul if it included Dekker.

Troy's a free agent, not a Rocket currently.

No, of course you always trade for a superstar when you have the chance. I just think moving off of Dekker became a lot easier when Troy showed he could hang!

Before the report from above, not much, if any from Troy and spot minutes here and there with Nanu depending if Nene resigns. I feel this season, we will go all in on veterans except for Capela.

Nanu is the player to watch if Nene doesn't resign. He could be asked to play a huge role on this team.

Interesting. Only reason I could think they would do this is that there was still some possibility of dropping below the salary cap, and they didn't want the cap holds limiting their offers.

Troy Williams and Bobby brown could be great additions if worse comes to worse. Even just insurance wise

Something makes me think a Troy Williams can be useful or has talent to be better than what he's shown so far. Maybe the rare chance to become a later-blossoming steal. I recall Grizzlies fans being upset he was let go. Not so sure about Bobby Brown... but hey, that's their prerogative.

They will be overseas. Troy will play in Turkey and Chinanu will play in China.
