    Melo clearly has the higher upside so he definitely gets my vote.

    Love would be a great addition too, though.

    Love would be pretty much perfect. A best case version of Anderson. I'll be cool with Melo though.

    I know I'm in the minority but Kevin Love would be much better playing with guards like Harden and Chris Paul. He is so misused in Cleveland

    Kevin Love would be a better fit but there is something about the guy that's just off (IMO). Can't quite put my finger on it.

    Confession: I haven't forgot the time he stepped on Scola's face but that isn't why I think Love is kinda weird.

    That's a hard one for me. Love could potentially play better within the Rocket's offense. Carmelo could end up being great even though he is older. He has not ever really played with a great player in my memory. Iverson, Amare ?? both past their prime. Also is there any influence if Melo and Paul are here?

    Melo theoretically has more to prove and more desire to NOT end like Barkley- great player that NEVER ringed. Could lure LBJ here too.

    Love has ringed, has had health issues and is a bit manorexic.

    there have been reports and a post from codman that suggested the possibility of 3 way trade with Houston, Cleveland, and NY

    I want to think that he will have chip on his shoulder and want i more
    Love has a ring and Melo wants one.

    Melo has soured me alot . . . Love seems like Anderson 2.0 - better but still not consistent enough
    I think it is a wash on defense between the two of them

    Exactly what I was talking about with Melo. If you get "Olympics Melo", meaning he's happy getting wide open looks and scoring in bunches when the team needs it, then he instantly raises this team to contender status. If you get New York Melo, meaning he wants the ball and he's not happy until he gets it, then he can be a hole that helps sink this ship.

    Considering he would be joining his good friend CP3 and MVP runner up James Harden, you would HAVE to bet on Olympics Melo.

    With Love, you know exactly what you get... and what you get is really good, but it's not as good as Melo could be.
