This. Lol at the East. Paul George and Jimmy Butler traded to the West. Good chance the Clippers don't even make the playoffs. If Griffin gets injured again they could be in the running for the top pick in the lotto.

they won't. He's out until December anyways.

    Teams above the Clippers...

    GSW
    Spurs
    Rockets
    Utah (Depending on FA)
    OKC
    Portland
    Denver
    Minny
and Maybe the Pelicans, we'll see if Boogie and Davis can actually mesh together.

Probably would be saying the same thing if he ended up in Phoenix

People would say that about 25 of the teams in the NBA. And if he signed with the other 5 they would complain about him being a b**ch and all the stars wanting to play together killing the league.

Once they lost Paul, their focus became on giving the franchise back to Griffin. He was the guy before Chris & want him to be the guy again. Some discussion about doing a contract based on games played but he got the full max & could not afford to let him leave. Meeting with Joe Ingles, Rudy Gay & Danilo Gallinari may be the prime target.

Should 29 teams do the same because of the warriors. Better to have something.

I've been the biggest one saying teams shouldn't....some teams shouldn't.

The problem is Blake isn't good enough to be built around IMO but he's good enough to keep them mediocre...and that is where you don't want to be in the NBA. You either want to be really good or really bad.

Didn't Codman say something about us getting BG? Love to hear what his ears have to say about that. No PG, No BG. I'm thinking a third star isn't coming.

The chances have always been slim of any stars coming, yet we got Chris Paul.

Millsap and Melo are still floating around; and there are gems to be had. If we round out our roster with the right combination of Redick/Iguoadala/Patrick Patterson/Amir Johnson types that are great complementary pieces, it will still be a big win.

At that price they can keep BG.

As long as we get Amir Johnson/Iggy types to defend the PF and SF slots I'd be happy.

Millsap is Minnesota bound. We tried for Melo and negotiations went nowhere.

i don't like BG's injury history or poor D, so not concerned about missing out on him. but i still think we need to acquire another major talent 3rd wheel in order to keep cp3 in a rox uniform. if not this year, then hopefully next summer would not be too late.

Lets go triple double watch. He is going for MVP and missing the play offs this year.
