The Wolves may be the only team to burst the GS bubble. They're rumored to be frontrunners for Millsap too.

Teague-Wiggins-Butler-Millsap-KAT is a defensive nightmare for the Warriors. Wolves would eat the Warriors alive on offensive rebounds with that lineup.

It would be the best rivalry in the NBA.

Minnesota can do a lot of things with those 5 players.

All of them can hit an open 3 and they're an elite team at drawing fouls. Butler last year was 4th in free throws made, Wiggins, 17th, Millsap 24th, Teague 26th and KAT 27th, and all of them shoot above 75% from the free throw line. Other than Millsap too, all of them shoot over 35% from three, Millsap at 31%.

The way to beat the Warriors is to play like Memphis, the Grizzlies beat them twice last year, and the T-Wolves would have the personnel to be a far more athletic, better FT & 3 point shooting version of the Grizzlies.

They could just slow the pace down tremendously and knock the Warriors out of their groove. And anytime the Warriors speed up the pace, it won't significantly impact the Wolves, they have the legs to get up the court quickly. Also, Draymond would probably be in foul trouble every game in a 7 game series meaning McGee or whatever subpar center would need to play big minutes, and they couldn't use their death lineup anymore in crunch time.

Its a very problematic team for Golden State.

Without Butler and Millsap they were not even a Playoffs team.... they need to get their shet together fast..... build chemistry.

Millsap is undersized, dun think he is nearly as good as Dray defensively..... KAT will likely be a beast but Wiggins disappointed, not good Defense.

I have not heard from Teague in a while.

    Key matchups

Curry is the best, Durant better at SF, Draymond holds his own and still being a defensive nightmare,
You can argue Butler is better than Klay,.....Klay can always erupt for more points

Wiggins is 22, KAT is 21. There are very few teams in NBA history who have made the playoffs with that young of a duo.

Millsap lead a really terrible supporting cast in Atlanta to the 5th seed in the East.

Teague just needs to be league average. Butler / Millsap are dogs. KAT should take a big step forward and is a very competitive player. Wiggins can be the 4th guy on that team and be incredibly effective.

You can't compare player to player, you have to look at style vs. style. Minnesota can play the best version of a style that has the ability to beat GS in the NBA.

In theory because they got Thibs but Thibs aint the best on Offense either. He is an improved JVG defensive specialist.

They will be big but dominating the West.....there is a long, long road ahead. The West just got a lot better.

    I can live with dat.

They've certainly upgraded their team no doubt!!

I believe Butler can leave in two yrs, and I highly expect him to do so.

Wolves seem like 2nd best team on paper. Kudos to the Wolves for maximizing the present and the future.

If Minnesota gets Millsap, they may be the second-best team in the league next season.

Minnesota has looked "scary" for a while. Doubt theyll be that good. Not with that ball hogging brick fest fake star Wiggins.
