Burks is incredibly underrated. Often injured, but possibly worth the risk. Green would obviously be fantastic too

The TPE makes it possible to have 4 stars AND keep ego off the bench!

1) S&T for millsap using Ryno+NG contracts.
2) in a separate but related trade offer the hawks cap savings by taking belineli's expiring contract off their hands ($6M).
3) offer to help the nuggets clear cap space by taking on the expiring contract of jameer nelson ($4.5M) or a similar trade with another team (maybe with 2 more teams for smaller expiring contracts)
4) trade expiring contracts ($11M total from TPE) + ariza for melo
5) use MLE ($8.5M) to sign patterson (we heard there's mutual interest)
6) use LLE to sign nick young (also heard of mutual interest here)
7) vet minimum contract for nene and lets say felton since CP3 and MDA both like him.

harden-ego
CP3-felton

without the TPE, ego has to be included in a trade for the 4th star. now we can keep him as our iggy off the bench.

Beverley and Lou make just over 12 Mil combined next season.

We got CP3, freed up roster spaces, created cap room and ended up with an 11 Mil TPE I had no idea about or how he did it. No questions from me. Just gonna lay back and reiterate what I always said. Daryl Morey is the greatest.

 

Delly might be a decent player here playing the Beverley role maybe...don't think the Bucks want to trade him though...

Dudley is out 3/4 months and i still think the Suns would ask some assets so they can keep him.

Ellis or Jefferson (i think he's done though) might be interesting if Indiana wants to dump them and we can get George out of this. Not a fan of Ellis but he's pretty similar to Lou, no defense and bad shot after bad shot...eh, he can score at least...

 

Danny Green was rumored to be on his way out in San Antonio. But I don't see the Spurs wanting to give him to us and also he's not a minus, I don't think hes a guy you'd try to rid yourself of.

Shumpet was a weak spot for CLe against GSW. He couldn't hit any of his open shots or good looks. No thanks. The name of the game is hit the jumper and shumpert loses. I need to see an expansion of that list.
