    Trout has been the best player in baseball almost from the time he first took the field. If he is healthy, he should play. There is a possibility he will be ready to play 07/11.

    Judge has been the best player in baseball this year, he is deservedly leading the voting.

    And Mike Trout is one of the greatest players of all time. Even having missed 1/3 of the season, he is still 2nd in the AL in WAR.

    He is really, really good, but I can't help but feel that he is so hyped that it makes him slightly overrated. #hottake

    Judge's coverage is obnoxious; it should not in any way deflect from what is truly a remarkable season. I mean, yes - he hits home runs... he also leads the league in walks and is a legitimate threat to win the triple crown. Guy's amazing.

    The Judge hate is understandable but unreasonable. He's been the best hitter in baseball this year. He does a bit more than just hit home runs as I stated above.
