You should really consult with an attorney to get an idea if you can trademark the name. You can conduct your own search of the PTO records here: http://tmsearch.uspto.gov/bin/gate.exe?f=tess&state=4802:dimhv2.1.1 Not that I spent five minutes looking, but for my money I would go with EnlightN Health. The foregoing does not constitute legal advice and off label use may result in dizziness, loss of appetite, and death. YMMV. Cheers.
Advantage Health Services Advantage Health Boost Health Preferred Health 1Up Health Bout dat Life Health where do I collect my check? The last two are just jokes
I don't like the use of "care" in the name, that seems like it was always meant as a euphemism for actual provision of medical services. EnlightN will be misspelled in every medium possible: forms, web searches, hashtags to your gofundme page. Unlimited Health sounds like some homeopath, anti-vaxxer hustle with a lot of "toxin" and "big pharma" references. So take "care" off of choice #3, switch the names around, and register under a ".org" to match your revenue projections and you're set.
i picked enlightn but none of the three really do it for me. any other options? unlimited health reminds me of an rpg cheat. what about unlimited mana?
Out of curiosity, what benefit does your company provide that I can't get via calling and speaking with someone currently?
From my own experience most millennials and younger would prefer not to call or speak to anyone on the phone. An app like this would help in this regard.
Currently, I can go on the web and enter my information and see the various insurance options available to me. I can enter my expected income and see if I may qualify for credits and then I can speak with someone for further guidance. I am just curious as to what this app does over above that.
What site to do you go to enter it, this might be like an Expedia or creditcards.com where you can get stuff from a bunch of different providers at the same time.
I've been going into healthcare.gov and it sends me over to the Minnesota site. I'm just curious as to what value this would add. I'm fixing to retire and COBRA is much cheaper than the current marketplace based on my situation. It would be interesting to see how an app like this would be beneficial to someone like me. Also, I do get all available plans and companies.
