    I've gotten coffee from McDonald's in the last 24 months... and that stuff is still so freaking hot.
    So after getting sued with tons of negative publicity, years later they still have crazy hot coffee.
    I'm guessing some folks just like piping hot coffee. Don't get me wrong, I like pretty hot coffee, in the sense that it's so hot it stay shot for a while, but not that its undrinkable for 10-15 minutes, lol.
