I think Larry is letting the Bush administration know that if they want to use propoganda to build up a false hero, he'll use what he has to bring her down just as fast.

Jessica preemptively prevented the need for that kind of tactic by admitting that she feels used by the administration. So there's no need for Larry to use this to bring her down.

I'm guessing those are his motives based on his use of money and investigation to uncover dirt on Republican congressmen during the whole Clinton/Lewinksy scandal.

I give, I am slow...I flipped back & forth from 24 and she was kinda hot...I realize she didn't pick the date, but I still think it's poor timing...

Anway, I'd hit it, so she can say anything she wants... ;)

Are you really calling Larry Flynt a paragon of virtue?

Jessica Lynch is no hero. She is a symbol of "Leave no (wo)man behind." It's no wonder she is uncomfortable with the attention. All she did was lay there. She gets knocked out and breaks her leg in the crash. The Fedayin toss her onto the dirt road. They put her on a gurney and transfer her into a hospital bed. The Americans rescue her, put her back on a gurney, load her into a helicopter and fly her off to Germany.

I imagine that she is brave, but heroism is defined by actions.

I saw that; it only lent to the absurdity!
