    I wouldn't be really shocked if they lost in the first round, but I doubt it will happen.

    I hope San Antonio makes it out of the 1st round. Depending on them to knock out L.A., Portland and/or Utah. Maybe L.A. will knock off Portland and Dallas will knock off Utah in the first round. That would make me happy. [​IMG]

    I think Dallas has a good shot at knocking off Utah. The Mavs probably match up better against the Jazz than they do against any other Western Conference playoff team.

    i think what the gentleman meant to say was that he bets that the Spurs lose a GAME in the playoffs.

    To the rest of the leagues dismay, i'd say there is a great chance San Antonio will complete the perfecto in May and June, assuming DA comes to play every now and then.

    I don't see SA losing in the 1st round. However the west is wide open, so you never know, but I would take the bet straight up (assuming there isn't an injury to Duncan I don't know about)

    I predict the Kings or Spurs. More of the Spurs since they have the experince of winning a championship.

    I laugh at the Lackers and Portland! But they will probably turn it on in the playoffs.

    The Spurs will be the 2000-2001 NBA Champions. They remind me of the Rockets in their championship run. One or two superstars....and a ton of roll players who are willing to sack up and play ball instead of whine about playing time (see Portland Trailblazers).
