For me satellite is better. I don't have Leagal Pass but I still have NBA TV to watch tonight's game.
My sympathies! Last season, crummy Time Warner didn't have NBA TV and I was furious like you. Enough people called in to vent I guess and they made NB TV part of their sports package. I would suggest you call up Comcast and yell at a marketing manager or two and get them to promise to look into this matter for you in exchange for you not changing to satellite immediately. The season just started so you never know what might happen.
They are in trying to make a deal with David Stern. Last year we didn't have this problem. I remember watching each and every Rocket game last season on League Pass. We pay way to much money not to see the games we want.
