Nobody can overhelp on any of the Warriors players. I don't know why you are so blind to this. KD balled out, but don't act like it was just as easy for LeBron to play against the Warriors D as it was for KD to play against the Cavs D.

A lot of people say KD won the game and he did. But when Warriors were up by only 1 and Kyrie was trying to get a shot off, Klay played great defense and caused Kyrie to brick it. I think that if Kyrie was going against anyone else, he makes a 3 or drives for a 2 for the win.

In the final seconds, KD got the lead and Klay maintained it.

how do you not run kyrie / lebron pick and roll and settle for kyrie going 1 on 1 against klay thompson.

that's just bad and lazy coaching.

If GS sweeps the playoffs and KD wins finals MVP all arguments/ b****ing about his move are moot.

An MVP caliber player joins a 73 win team. What did anyone think was going to happen? At least it was a good game.

I mean Durant was 10-31. Missed all of his shots and had a couple of turnovers in the 4th quarter of Game 6. But let's blame Westbrook for that.

How so? When you don't have to carry a team for 82 games of course you're going to look like Durant does. Are you telling me harden, Westbrook, and any other superstar wouldn't look as shiny as Durant does right now? He isn't showing grit, merely he's showing how much responsibility he can delegate. It really isn't anything special for someone in his category.

Durant and Curry both can play off ball, unlike Westbrook and Harden who can only be effective with the ball in hands. I've said it before, this makes the Durant-Curry tandem so much more dangerous because neither needs to sacrifice their game to fit the other.

No way ball dominant players like Harden and Westbrook would do as much for Warriors as Durant. If anything, a player like Westbrook might actually be a minus to the Warriors as he tries to play hero ball and ignores the fact that he has Curry and Klay on his team. Westbrook would really have to change his game to fit in with the Warriors.

the next superteam will have to be in LA

    PG in 2018 FA
    Harden in 2019 FA
trade all assets for Anthony Davis

try to beat the Warriors in 2019-20

Well, no one ever said he was a superstar.

The team runs so LeBron and Kyrie could succeed and carry the offense. Almost all of Love's shots are bail out three pointers. Love has had to sacrifice his offense for the team, which is the correct move to make, but does make him look real bad considering he's not an impactful defensive player.

I do wonder if he would be open to a trade though knowing that this is basically all he has to look forward to.

The unfortunate thing is Harden CAN play off the ball. He did in OKC until Eric Maynor blew out his knee. In particular, he used back door baseline cuts on a regular basis, along with pin-down screens. After that happened, OKC's 2nd unit morphed into Harden's personal isolation toy and he never trusted any other backup PG with the ball.

Love game is just really neutered with the Cavs. So while they do have a legit big-three, it comes at the cost of Love basically. He is reduced to a three point shooter. He's basically now a rich man's Kyle Korver.

The big three of Curry, Durant and Thompson however don't require any one of the three to sacrifice their game.
