was going to put this in Unsorted but realized it deserves its own thread http://www.cinemablend.com/new/Some...habetical-Order-I-Can-t-Look-Away-103867.html or straight to the video https://vimeo.com/mattbucy/ootw @don grahamleone will either love this or be horrified by it
I found myself wondering how the hell they did it. Is there some sort of uber video editing software that could facilitate this, or is it just one's personal obsession night and day for years? inquiring minds need to know.
yeah, im way more interested in the story of how this was done than the final product. i watched a bit of "arf, arf, arf" and a few seconds here and there. not really enjoyable at all...to me it was just dumb. still have not seen it yet, but this seems like a far more interesting reedit... http://ew.com/tv/2017/03/13/breaking-bad-online-movie/
Love your dog. The way I would do this is get a transcript of the entire movie and find timecode to match the words said. Then you alphabetize and edit them together that way using the timecode. To make sure the entire movie will play, you play through the word and cut as soon as the next word starts. That would be my process as an experienced editor.
It wouldn't be that bad in my opinion. Any frame by frame editor would do it. So final cut pro 7 or final cut express would even do it, but adobe premiere or avid might be what they used. No way to tell, but they all do the same thing: Let you edit by accurate timecode.
found a working link: I've wanted to edit the 3 Hobbit movies into one shorter movie. I think that's doable and would be far more entertaining that 9 hours or too much detail.
I only watched the first 28 seconds so far but just have to say they absolutely nailed the opening already. Can't wait to watch this all the way through, thanks for posting the actual video
I can't stand this 2 hour Breaking Bad video. Terrible editing. It's like watching 72 movie trailers in a row. The choice of music just killed it for me. It was like watching 'A Knight's Tale' over and over again. Music should back the emotion of the video. They missed the mark in my opinion. But back to your knee... I hope the doctors hit all their marks...
