My property professor in law school told us that Houston is the only major city in the United States that doesn't have zoning laws...is that evident to you guys as residents?
Yeah, drive around anywhere inside the city and it will become evident pretty quickly. The variance between house value vs land value in the same zip (or even street) can be wild.
