I'll go one better. He is lying. This administration disgusts me. Calling Comeys' work "atrocities," - accusing him of showboating and grandstanding. A minor error in judgment does not give others to right to impugn your reputation without consequences. They went too far. They will be consequences. They are all disgusting. The most unprofessional and deceitful administration ever- and it's not even 1/2 through the 1st year.

YOUR STATEMENT: Somehow I don't see an idiot getting to where he has gotten in life. MY RESPONSE: You need to read more. Let me explain this in terms you would understand. When you say, "Somehow, I don't see an idiot..." - you are referring to anyone who might be an idiot who has gotten far in life- this is indicated by the article "an." When I responded by "You need to read more," I meant that you should read more history books, memoirs, etc. because what you would find is that there are many people who have gotten far in life who are idiots. Let me know if you need further explanation on that.
And yet people who support him are galvanizing. I know a strong Trump supporter, otherwise very intelligent, successful, etc. He loves Trump, think he's wonderful for the country and thinks all of this is just the media hating Trump because he's not a politician. Everytime they attack Trump his supports dig in deeper. Hell, last night Sean Hannity interviewed Colter and they agreed that even if Trump did work with the Russians it's not a big deal.
What is this supposed to mean exactly? Did something illegal transpire in these conversations between the President and his Director of the FBI? Because I don't know what else Comey is supposed to fear. And, if he fears it, Trump should fear it more.
Good questions. Since Trump tweeted, I suspect it suggests he was threatening Comey on the possibility that Trump had some tape(s). Since it was Trump tweeting, its very possibility that Trump's threat was based on a lie. Or, Trump is clueless, and doesn't know that any such tape might or would actually make him look worse. He might not know he shouldn't admit to the taping of the conversations. Seeing that Trump put the word "tapes" in quotes, it suggests its the same as when Trump tweeted that Obama had his "wires tapped". Since I trust Comey way more than Trump, I suspect whatever the situation, Comey would benefit from any tape in existence. btw, Spicer saying it wasn't a threat but "simply stating facts". At what point do you as a "spokesman" question your own ethics and integrity?
