..at least T-Mac was hobbled and hurt. Being on the floor isn't trying anything. He didn't try and he didn't pretend to try. The game was over in his mind in the middle of the 1st quarter and you could see it on his face and his body language.
This team ain't going anywhere with Harden leading it. He gives you absolutely nothing on defense. Wherever we tried to hide him him on defense is exactly where the Spurs attacked us. We need to get as much for him as we still can while his value is still high.
James Harden: "Everything falls on my shoulders. I take responsibility for it, both ends of the floor. You know it's tough." Tracy McGrady: "Itss my fault that some people in the stands ordered a Budweiser but got Heineken."
Harden will be another Kevin Martin or Carmelo Anthony type scrub as soon as he leaves the Rockets. He gave up on his team and more importantly Rockets fans. Lost all respect for him
Unreal. By far the worst effort I've seen from a Rockets star player in the playoffs. This was like the TMac Toronto game, but in a ****ing elimination game! I'll continue to support him and hopefully he can turn it around, but this was just awful. He's gonna have to do a lot to get out from under this.
Why would I be kidding? He just played 45 minutes in a OT game on Tuesday, dropped a triple double, and we still lost. Not trying to defend him because once again, I didn't watch the game, I'm just trying to make sense of it all.
Has everyone already forgot how harden quit on the team? I see all these threads and comments of how great harden is and how he signed the largest contract extension ever....I just feel like everyone has forgot what happened just 4 months ago.
