never going to make a poll on iPad again. Anyways I think we need a post scorer. when the game slows down who we can play through him. He can kick it out to open shooters and be a bail out option at the end of the clock. if we strike out on Gordon Hayward then a post player and another speedy ball handler who can play off ball and shoot would be great. I think Gordon Hayward would be great next to harden because he would take on the weaker matchup at the wing. he is a good to a player. ifI am a great wing player I would be dying to sign with the Rockets because I know teams will throw their best defenders at Harden meaning I will get to attack weaker defenders all game long.
First thought was post up big man who can pass but voted the wing player. Need another dimension to this offense.
Rockets need to find more lunatics to put around Harden. Harden will NEVER have the fire or "want to". Morey saw that T-Mac was a crap leader so he filed that team with leaders. Morey has now seen that Harden will never ever want to win games at any cost. Time to find people that scrap for their lives on the court.
Need to trade Anderson for a PF who can rebound and pass, even if his range only extends out 20 feet. 3 and D is the next priority. Need to see what Troy Williams has.
A 2nd best player who's not named Clint Capela or Eric Gordon, for starters... No chance it happens, but Paul George or Gordon Hayward are the exact kinds of talents who would transform this team on both ends of the court. You can't keep paying a spot up shooter 18 million dollars a year. Just can't do it unless he's hitting 50+% of his shots.
I think the best option is to try and acquire assets to trade the farm for the inevitable PG or Butler trade.
If Morey is unable to pick up another Star this off-season, he needs to resign. Handful of terrible contracts and draft picks. Seriously, when is Morey going to learn to stop drafting tweener PFs. They are always useless and if they show any sign of talent, they get benched the entire season.
