nobody gets it worse from the media, fans, analyst than james harden. EVERYBODY hates the guy even rockets fans
I agree. It's pointless and thank God Houston won't have to deal with him for too long. Harden will want to head to LA after next season and Morey will take the Lakers for everything they have.
It's meaningless to say that though. No one is arguing his isn't a good player. He just continues to wilt under pressure.
Curry is not an alpha either, being means nothing. Harden is def an alpha. He just doesnt have the talent some of these other teams have.

Harden is just not clutch this and last year. He was clutch in the 2015 season when Curry stole his MVP. It's partly why we won so many games that year with such an injured roster. He was clutch in close games and won us a lot of tight wins. Also, I feel like Harden is not in the best shape. He's either injured or just playing tired all the time. It probably has to do with D'antoni as well but it would do Harden well if he lost 15 lbs in the off-season.
He's gonna get roasted for the next year. He was so godawful in OT in Game 5 and all of Game 6 that it'll overshadow everything he does next season until he accomplishes something in the playoffs.
You're right. LeBron is way better. Which is the point. Better players than Harden have had equally massive choke jobs. Maybe he won't bounce back to win 3 championships in 5 seasons but he's still a star in this league.
Harden never got credit for anything and everything he ever did in the nba. Even if averaged a triple double next year, the media will just move the goal post again

Harden is a B, plain and simple. Every year I keep waiting for him to turn on the switch in the playoffs but he never does. this is just who he is.
Dude has not (usually) showed up in the most competitive series and in the biggest playoff games. I get killed on here when I point this out. Another year and another "playoff Harden" Sucks.... wish he would show up but I have 0 confidence he ever really will.
Don't give me that crap. He may not have won MVP in 2015, but he came in 2nd behind Curry. And the players themselves actually did vote him their MVP. He's gonna come in 2nd this season too. He gets plenty of respect. But he flat out didn't show up in an elimination game. Shooting poorly is one thing. But not even shooting once in the 1st quarter when you don't have to worry about Kawhi being on the floor? I'm sorry, but he's not gonna live this down for a very long time. It may take a championship to undo the damage this game(and OT of Game 5) will do to his reputation.
Our most recent great playoff memory (come back against the Clippers) harden was on the f*cking bench.
