    This is wild, baby! John Croce, the Sixers' strength coach and brother of Pat Croce, owner of the Sixers, was fired for stealing money out of Allen Iverson's pants in the Sixers' locker room! Check it out...

    It is bizarre. What in the world would I do if I caught my brother stealing? I'm surprised to find it in the papers, though. I'd have thought the Sixers would have kept it all very quiet. I would have.

    While they did the right thing by firing him, I think it was an awful thing to do to let that get in the papers. They should have gotten Croce's own brother some help rather than let his name be so smeared.

    But still -- what an ass for stealing right out of someone's wallet.

    The Sixers are all a bunch of thugs. Iverson is a drugee and a bad rapper, Larry Brown punched someone out when he play for UNC, I heard that Pat Croce used to get in fights, and i think get drunk, and his brother is a theif. What does this tell you about the Sixers organazation? Their star player, coach, owner, and former trainer (I think that's what John Croce was) are all a bunch of thugs.

    ......about the previous poster.

    The story reminds me of a guy I met at a party. Supported by filthy rich parents, but he would steal others bikes because "they were stupid enough to leave them there". The Croce guy (hey, isn't he also a former gospel or folk singer or something) has a few screws loose to say the least.
