If you actually think Harden will hoist the Larry O'brien trophy this season then I would either have to question your sanity or ask what the drug of choice is that your currently on, how about you name me another superstar player that has choked like Harden did tonight down the stretch? I don't mean just missed shots, I mean complete & utter self-destruction to the point where it looks like he's throwing the game. I know calling him a p***y was a bit too much, it was just pent up anger after how the game ended, but you have to agree he completely blew that game right? He's done that before in the playoffs in the past, he's a tremendous player but he does NOT have a killer instinct I'm afraid.

Attention Morey - if your coach refuses to play young players in the playoffs outside of Capela, just go ahead and ship them all for vets. 7-man rotation predictably crashed and burned in the 4th Q/overtime

Seems like too much crying by posters on a message board called CLUTCH Fans!

Crying about 3-2, when we've come back from 3-1 many times before...

He would absolutely be the biggest you know what on the court..the only thing worse I can think of than a 6'10" 240 that can't play defense is a 7 footer that can't. I said he'd never make it and he won't.

Main thing is don't give up. It's all about a few smart plays and we come out of this thing alive.

Nah actually we'd need to hope that the Spurs can at least prevent the Warriors from going to the Finals well rested.

So I thought leonard's injury was a "shake it off" but it's gonna be sore type of injury. The fact that he sat during the most intense parts of the game suggest it's worse than it looked. You guys think there's any chance he doesn't play in game 6/7?

imo morey is the 1st fool in line here. every single season he gives his coaching staffs the worst depth charts in the league. always holding his chips close to his XXXL vest waiting for the next july casino sweepstakes

THIS! Pops is a coach that isn't afraid to go deep into his bench even if it means sitting some of his stars and even if it means calling on "untested" players or less fancied players like Murray, Anderson, Dedmon.

We want to play with pace, and we look good doing it--until we run out of gas. I don't really understand shortening our rotation at this point when we lose a contributor like Nene. I have to think we might get one more loose ball in the 3rd or 4th quarter or contest a shot with someone not in foul trouble. It really puzzled me that we didn't put Decker in the game. Even Bobby Brown can shoot the ball. When Lou Williams shot is getting flatter and flatter, why not buy a possession or two?

With our running out of gas style offense and the Spurs size differential, we knew this could end badly. We definitely let this one slip through our hands.

I remained baffled by the home-style officiating in this one. Was it just me or did this game seem over the top? From my viewpoint, the Spurs grab and body almost at will until it's rather embarrassing. They grab and push off the ball. They also seem to think body contact and hip checks aren't fouls on people driving the basket. "But Mr. Official, my hands were straight up?" What an optical illusion! Hips, knees, and chest knocking someone off balance, or into another defender. . . play on.

We can only wish that we could body up in similar ways to Ginobli or Mills or even Simmons. If we touch a defender with a body on a drive, it's examined for offensive fouls. If we pass and have someone step in front, it's a charge. And Aldridge remains a master at grabbing his defender off the ball and spinning them around as Ginobli or Mills drives for an uncontested look.

They only way out that quagmire is strong shooting and up-tempo play. We'll have to find more of that.
