I was 100% pushing to trade him, and I would be 100% supportive of signing him for the minimum if he gets bought out. Great teammate, hard worker, perfect guy to have on the bench if you need to reach further than an 8 man rotation. It just wasn't the time for him to be occupying a rotation spot for this team.

Hardly working beats talent when there's a l.o.f.t. issue. Corey needs a 72 degree wedge, but he's using Ben Hogan's butter knife (1-iron). And by l.o.f.t. I mean lack of f!cking talent.

"I've got a motto," he says. "When the posse's chasing you out of town, you just act like you're the head of a parade."

Oh noe, did he just say posse??

Waiting for Leborn to come down hard on that ****...

Great read, I wondered how they convinced him to shave the Pringles off. Of course, it had to be his wife Laurel. So many quotes in one article.

    When the game is over

    The king and the pawn

Go back in the same box

Great guy. Unfortunately for him, in a game decided by the basketball going through the hoop, Corey Brewer's one big weakness is that the ball he shot tend not to go through the hoop.

Funny, I thought the same thing. Except it was indirectly about Carmelo, this time. Start the rage machine!

I read the article earlier today and wanted to start a thread on that comment as well -- such a perfect answer.

Was horrible his last season here but seems like a good locker room guy. Glad we got Lou Will though

Thx for posting that. Love stuff like that about Corey. Makes it easier to make jokes about him, all in jest.

He ran out of talent at the rim a lot.

Did y'all know his nickname all the way back to the championship U of Florida teams was The Drunk Dribbler?

    Here's a vid

Corey Brewer's Horse explaining this move to a cowboy at a bar: I corralled it, successfully mounted it, then just ran out of talent.
