I was 100% pushing to trade him, and I would be 100% supportive of signing him for the minimum if he gets bought out. Great teammate, hard worker, perfect guy to have on the bench if you need to reach further than an 8 man rotation. It just wasn't the time for him to be occupying a rotation spot for this team.
Hardly working beats talent when there's a l.o.f.t. issue. Corey needs a 72 degree wedge, but he's using Ben Hogan's butter knife (1-iron). And by l.o.f.t. I mean lack of f!cking talent.

Thx for posting that. Love stuff like that about Corey. Makes it easier to make jokes about him, all in jest. He ran out of talent at the rim a lot. Did y'all know his nickname all the way back to the championship U of Florida teams was The Drunk Dribbler? Here's a vid Corey Brewer's Horse explaining this move to a cowboy at a bar: I corralled it, successfully mounted it, then just ran out of talent.
