TRADE ACCEPTED Miami is hurting for health bodies. It's time to take out the trash! He ain't heavy he's my ... BROTHER
Healthy? So we give them: a guy who needs a mansierre, a guy who is currently in some sort of mental health or rehab facility, and a guy who has been healthy for about 10% of the last two seasons! This is brilliant... parody. Good work.
It is unlikely but no where near the worst trade ever. I don't know why ya'll have to be so dramatic in your responses. I actually think Miami might ponder this, and then decline because of the fact that Eddie won't even be able to play for a year at least.
I honestly think it *is* the worst trade proposal I've ever seen posted here, for several reasons: Grant would be a useful addition here, but he's not a kid and has FOUR YEARS left on a contract that grows from $12.2 million this year to nearly $16 million when it's done. He'd be the highest-paid player on our team, which certainly wouldn't sit well with certain other more valuable players, and it's a contract that would be impossible to get someone else to take off our hands if his skills start to diminish (he's already 31 y.o.) or if we decide he's not a good fit. In return, we're supposed to give the Heat a decent PF in MoTay and EG as well? EG could well return to the team before the end of this calendar year, and with his head on straight could be a major contributor come playoff time. Nobody doubts Griffin's talent, it's his desire that's been suspect. Young as he is, he could still turn his life around with the right treatment and guidance and hopefully one day justify our faith in him. I repeat: Worst. Trade. Ever.
I doubt Griffin's talent. the guy has not ever even showed a flash of being able to do anything besides some weak side D/ Still, this trase is crap.
Grant has many of the same skills that we already have in the form of Kelvin Cato. Mo Taylor is still a pretty good shooter and there may still be decent trade value for Eddie if he comes back and puts his heart into playing ball. Meech I don't know much about until I see him. Not worth it.
Brian Grant? why do so many peeps want this guy?? he's a washout scrub who thinks he's bob marley... one pothead for another and change?? NO WAY! I'll reconsider if EJONES is in the mix YAH YAH he would be our answer to kobe and finley otherwise BAD IDEA
I am holding out hope that some of you fools develop carpal tunnel syndrom banging out these ridiculous trade proposals.
