I knew they were going to go after the dirty offensive rebounds tonight, the Rockets did a decent job of team rebounding in the first half but the Spurs adjusted and crashed the offensive glass as a team in the second

 

If it was 1 and 1 after a hard fought game, great. But we scored how many points in Q4? We were out rebounded by how many? Face it, we did not lose one game, we opened up a can of quit.

 

Rockets got the split in SA, mission accomplished

winning the 1st 2 in SA would've been considered a miracle...most people on here thought that this series was gonna go 6 or 7 games, the amount of b*tching and crying is over the top

Rockets are going home, now it's their turn to defend home court

 

his shooting isn't great but in the first round his true shooting % was 60. so he was really efficient against a good D.

 

We're coming home with a split and the Spurs likely lost Parker for the series. The Rockets should be the favorites going forward.

 

Even with the Spurs hot shooting, Rockets were right there with them. The not boxing out and multiple missed layups hurt bigtime. Compound all that with the tone and impact of the officiating this game was ripe to become a blowout in the 4th.

Rockets had quite a few stops during the 3rd but then either missed layups or pivotal 3s. The layups can be fixed and hopefully the fouls will get called in game 3.

 

U literally can't play any d, if the offensive player can get away with anything. U breath on the player and it's a fking foul.


These shtty Refs don't even call the intentional fouls on the spurs to slow the bleeding, shtty ass refs let it fking play on like it's soccer.

 

My final take:

• Spurs have to shoot 60% at a pace of 120 points to win against the Rockets. Those were the numbers going into the 4th quarter with a 5-point lead. Good luck with that over the next 5 games with 3 of them being in Houston.

• Parker's injury is a huge blow to the Spurs. He had 18 points tonight on a very efficient 8-13 shooting while being the Spurs' second-leading scorer behind Kawhi.

• This game is on Harden. He was 3-17 (17.6%) which is unacceptable from your leader. The rest of the box score looks very good. Anderson, Gordon, Capela, and Nene, all with double figures while shooting over 50%. They are the reason this was a 5-point game going into the 4th.

 

Well...the reality is we all should've seen this coming..the spurs turned back the clock and got younger for a game....I thought Rox could win this one but you could tell they were happy with splitting the series 1-1 instead of taking 2 games which would've been a TALL ORDER to begin with...the refs sucked azz too

 

Rockets need to make their layups. Very fixable. The officiating SHOULD regress to the mean a bit in terms of fouls being called on drives to the basket

 

if we defend Home Court, we win the series. Anyone going to the game please be loud

 

NEVER underestimate the power of a Spurs flopper

 

We would take a split and them losing a veteran starter all day long.

 

Harden 3 for 17 and he played no defense!

 

Yeah, Parker even at his age is crucial for this team. He's their only reliable playmaker outside of Kawhi. If it wasn't for him, they would've likely gone 7 vs Memphis. The Rockets need to double Kawhi and make anyone else on the Spurs beat them in every game going forward.

 

Rockets are in a MUST WIN game 3 and 4 situation. I hope they realize that.


Those games are a must if they have any aspiration to be a champion

 

I tell you...if Lee and LMA are going to be allowed to go over the back on every single rebound...that's scary.
