Millsap will be a free agent.

Been really impressed with Bud's coaching and rotations these playoffs. I thought Wiz would easily win in 5 but his outcoaching of Brooks, which isn't that hard to do though, has made it a competitive series

How much per year for a still very productive 32-year old?

Complete guess but I'd say be prepared for $23M-$26M per year.

Millsap is just a much better player than Anderson because he can do everything on both sides of the court, no matter what's the system, when a guy can do everything well it means he can fit everywhere. When i was talking about how we would be better with him i got answered that Anderson is not even much worse than Millsap -> as a defender lol

The only problem i have with Millsap is his age, but on the other hand he didn't play much in the nba, came in not very young, never played heavy minutes, he was coming off the bench for years in Utah so...

Dang. Still, I think he could still play at a high level for another 3 years. Millsap would fit like a glove with the Rockets. Harden would make his life sooooo much easier.

And keep in mind his production now is based on a system that doesn't have any star players... put him with Harden... And EG... and Lou, it would open that much more for him and his game. IF we could KEEP Ryno and get him too (not gonna happen) would be PERFECT!!!

I would think Morey makes a run for Millsap, detailing all the benefits of playing with a contender and see if he bites.

Hawks went with a small lineup at the end. Dwight is done as a starter.

I'd say the same tbh, even though, two years ago when he was already a free agent and had a meeting with Orlando, doesn't seem like the Rockets went after him...but who knows, maybe they were more interested in other guys etc...

Personally, I like Howard. As a player, I am so glad he no longer wears Rockets red. To think that nearly 4 years ago we were so excited when he chose the Rockets -- that epic barber shop thread.

They went small cause Dwight had 5 fouls and Bud tried to force the Wiz hand/exploit some matchups by going small since they kept Gortat in there

Unless Ryno shows up big time in the rest of the playoffs
We would have to make him the major piece of the trade

In the beginning of the season he was doing great
now he gun shy and snake bitten
