People crying we are up 3-1 over the 6 seed.

Meantime 2nd seed 2-2 against 7th seed.

No doubt those crying over Harden being a playoff dud, D'Antoni not calling timeouts fast enough, and this not being a swept series already would be sitting back wishing we were the Spurs.....

Grow up! Playoffs is hard. When you play against the walking triple double there is ALWAYS a chance to drop a game. Lets get home and close this thing out with a boring DAntoni game now!!

Yes. He looked exactly like that.

 

That play was illegal. You're not allowed to leave the FT line before the ball hits the rim. He literally cheated to make that play and no ref noticed. That wasn't executed perfectly. Take it back or admit you don't know the rules.

 

It was a violation.

He cannot step into the lane until the ball hits the ring. He throws it up and steps straight in.

Considering he went and spoke to Russ one might fairly assume he was going to try and get his own rebound - referees? Hello??

 

If you think this was hard just wait until Round Two.

 

The narrative would have been so different if Harden wasn't short on that last shot Friday. One shot, Harden is the hero and this series is over today.

 

I am sure D-Mo would have played so much better.

D'Antoni needs to have a short leash for starters if they come out flat for a fourth game in a row. Also, if Capela is going to start in game 5 they need to run the pick and roll higher so he and Harden can have more space going downhill. Team still hasn't had a great game yet. Hopefully Tuesday's game is a repeat of their season finale beatdown of Thunder. Bye Westbrick!

Certainly helped us when we played clips after a long series with SA. Hopefully we can face the same fatigue next round should we close out this OKC squad

 

Lol I already posted about this after someone pointed out there was a violation. This was difficult to see on TV, but I'll take the person who pointed it out word for it.

 

Not true, the real deal here is that we are WAY better than OKC, and we know it, and the worst part is we ACT LIKE WE KNOW IT, the team needs to play hard, as this will beat the weaker teams like OKC, but will not beat the next round.

Play like they mean something - we have been behind every game after the first quarter, we need to start better, and that means EFFORTING from the jump.

As for game 3, I was fine with that last shot.

Look, I come from rooting for an all time great in Hakeem - a guy who played both ends hard......I don't want Harden to be another Tmac - I expect MORE out of my team's superstars.

It is only his first year at PG, so I expect improvement, especially on turnovers as he learns to play that spot, but his defense is flat out non - existent - which is a problem he CAN play defense - he just has to want to.

I wish East and West gets mixed up, for Princess Lebron and co. going to the nba finals is just their warm-up basically. And i wouldn't be cheering for the grizzles to win, that means we might have to face the Jazz b/c clippers down a man
