One of the other threads on the board got me thinking back about some of my memories of the kick butt children's movies that were made in the 80's and I got to thinking about one of my all time favorites : The Last Unicorn. Anybody else remember this one? They are actually producing a live action version of this movie starring several of the actors who had their voices in the animated one: www.the-last-unicorn.net I hope this is legit...I'd see it.
Yup been following this since 2 years ago. They still need someone to pick it up. Think they need to redo alot of thing and get some legit cgi company like Weta to do the SFX for them and a good director.
i'm so lame. i cried during that cartoon movie (when i was a kid of course). that bull or whatever it was, would have scared the mess out of anybody at that age. thanks for making me feel old again, supermac. i just got back from taking my little bro to see matrix rev a short time ago. he ran into some of his high school friends and the little bastards kept calling me sir. i'm 24. more good stuff at x-entertainment
Christopher Lee is awesome. That is all. I've heard good things about this film, but never got around to watching it. Maybe I'll rent the old one to see what it's like.
I really liked that movie when i was little. All that i remember about it was something about a clock, a chick turning into a unicorn and a large wave with unicorns. I wouldnt mind watching it again and seeing if it was as messed up as i remember it.
