The Nets were absolutely a much better team when Lin is at the starting PG than when he is not playing due to the hamstring injury. Tinman and the boy needs to accept and rejoice in having Jeremy Lin playing in the NBA and making us Chinese people so proud and same as when Yao were winning games for the Rockets.

The Nets are the worst team in the league.
The fans of the Nets are mad for 2 things

    1. they have the worst team in the league
    2. they don't get a top draft pick for being the worst team in the league

When I see Jeremy Lin play, I don't think of Chinese people, I think of turnovers, airballs, and random injuries .

I thought you lived in China? there are a lot of Chinese people in China. You can find joy in talking to them and not idolizing an rich American from Palo Alto who plays on the worst team in the NBA.

Again, the LOF stance that Rockets fans don't like Asian players was invalidated because Houston Rockets fans love Yao.

lol. I checked into this thread to hear how Lin was doing... but instead found the usual Lin thread stuff. Nevertheless, this was hysterical.

    Tinman is right.

Airballs, turnovers, and stupid decisions are some of the most defining characteristics of Airemy Lin's game.

The reason why he is the starting guard for the worst team in the league.

He needs to work on his fundamentals.

Tinman does not read or just purposely try to paint all Lin fans as vs. the Rockets. Read this.. both Yao and Lin are special and unique in the NBA because they are both the only Chinese that have played major minutes and producing for their team.. in Yao's case all star level and now Hall of Fall NBA player. Tinman is just jealous and have issues with the zeal of all Lin's fans.

    Yeah, nothing has changed.

He is still the bad player that he was when he was here.

If only he spent even half as much time working on his game as he does on his hair.

Too bad it's the last game for the Nets tonight and we all will need to wait until next season to see Lin's talent against the best in the NBA.

It's so nice to see a Chinese guy in the NBA who can avg 14pt and dish up 5 assist against some of the most talented athletes in the world.

Yao averaged 19 points a season.

Oh you meant Lin? Who's an American. He averages 12 points/game for his career.

I notice your favorite word is CHINESE.
    CHINESE.

It doesn't describe any basketball action

for example when Lin misses a shot, we say "brick" or "air ball", it's not "chinese"
This year Lin miss lots of games, we call that "DNP", it's not called "chinese"

You can't label Jeremy Lin's actions as "Chinese"

Even if Lin or Yao was not Chinese, they would be skilled basketball players. Yao had pro and cons as a NBA all star center and Lin have pros and cons as a legitimate NBA point guard.
