Last night she couldn't pronounce "Bostjan." Said it wrong about six times before saying from now on I will call him Boki.
I got a REALLY GOOD idea last year Lisa would analys the game at half time and at the end of the game and Jeff H. would come in for 5 or 10 min at half time with an interview, they should do the same thing this year but with Jeff analysing the games and Coop coming in for 5 or 10 min to interview someone. What you guys think about that ??
Not reading the entire thread before you stick your foot in your mouth is weaker... How does that taste? Frito's maybe?
Coop makes halftime worth watching. She is SO horrible that I can't pull myself away from the broadcast. She has this forced, painful smirk on her face half the time, and the other half she is telling us how "great" and "awesome" everything is. I have a drinking game... Each time Coop says the words "awesome" or "great" you take a shot of something. Anything. After about 2 sentences, you're so ****ed up you won't even notice how bad she is anymore. She is like Calvin Murphy without any of the talent or personality. She wants to be "street", but she is OLD. She is not physically attractive in the least, and is not a good broadcaster, but she is like a train wreck and I CAN"T STOP WATCHING HER!
Yea thats true forget all this crap lets talk basketball and the topic last time i checked was Lisa and Coop
Some people don't spell very well but they continue to write in public forums, I am CONFEDENT that she'll get better I believe the sentence above is your first post. That plunger is stuck so deep in you...time for you to log off..you've taken too much !
This whole thread has been about people goin at each other rather than the subject, haha i find that kinda funney
First, Cooper is not very good. I don't blame her, though. I blame the ones who hired her. Wouldn't they try her out first? I don't know, but even my wife thought it was unwatchable and she is making Jeff H work way too hard. Second, AB, this is coming from a fan of yours. I think you could improve your set if you can start a ventriliquist thing with that enormous chip on your shoulder. That would be something to see. The above was brought to you with much love. Seriously
Plunger? That's quite a deviant gay reference. Did it hurt the first time or did the fists provide a formidable conduit? Hard to forgive dad for that one huh. However I will take your advice. G'day!
You guys do realize that stuff like this just makes it harder for Dean to get on with the grieving process, don't you?
Malosky Joins Cougar Broadcast Team Veteran Dukes Takes Over Play-by-Play Duties Nov. 4, 2003 Lisa Malosky, a familiar member of the television broadcast teams for the Houston Rockets and Comets since 1995, will be an integral part of the University of Houston ISP Sports Radio Network this season, serving as color analyst for all Cougar men's basketball contests. Malosky, who also has worked for Fox Sports Net as a sideline reporter in both pro basketball and college football, will join Carl Dukes on the UH radio broadcasts. Dukes, who has been a part of the Cougar radio crew the past five years as an analyst and play-by-play man, will handle the play-by-play duties fulltime this season, replacing Craig Ackerman, who recently resigned in order to concentrate on his new position with the Houston Rockets Radio Network. "We are extremely excited to have Lisa join our network for the upcoming basketball season," Dave Maggard, University of Houston Director of Athletics, says. "Her professional experience and involvement in the community, along with Carl?s familiarity with Cougar Basketball, give us a talented broadcast team that should provide the type of coverage our listeners will find both entertaining and informative." Malosky first came to the Houston market in 1991 as a sports anchor for KPRC-TV. Since that time, she has also covered the NBA and WNBA for NBC, and TNT/WTBS. Dukes has an extensive basketball background as well, having served as the play-by-play voice for both Southwest Texas State and UT-San Antonio, as well as host of the Houston Rockets Coaches Show and pre-game and post-game shows during his career. The 2003-04 season begins for UH on November 21 when the Cougars host East Tennessee State. http://uhcougars.ocsn.com/genrel/110403aaa.html
Glad to see Lisa wil still b a part of houston sports, just more of a reason why we shoulda never let her go ...
YAY! Thank goodness she found a job here (she didn't have to move). Mark that down on your calendar, Coops. Grab a pencil and a pen, and take some notes down. Watch Monday Night Football, and learn from Lisa Guerrero. http://broadband.espn.go.com/player...?url=2003102804632580.wm9_300k.espn_page.wmv&
