    Here's the scenario.

A Grizzly Bear vs. a Bengal Tiger in a duel to the death....

The arena is a wooded slope on a mountain. Niether animal fears the other i.e. one just doesn't run away from the other.

Who wins and lives to taste the sweet flesh of the other?

easy grizzly bear. The power a grizzly bear has, is unbelievable. the bengal tiger needs more than one hit to kill a grizzly bear. if the grizzlybear hits the tiger just once good, then it is the end of the tiger. A bear is the strongest animal in the world

I don't know, a tiger is quick, plus he jump into the trees....and he could keep going downhill because bears don't go downhill so well....

Even the largest Siberian Tiger is only about half the size of the largest Grizzly.

    A Bengal wouldn't have a chance.

i've always heard it said that if you put all of these animals in a ring, the polar bear would come out on top...i have no reference for the veracity of that statement!

I don't know.... quickness would be a key factor, the tiger would only need a few key shots at the neck....

Yea, the tiger is quick but the grizzly is so damn huge that I don't think it would matter.

    The grizzly mauls the tiger.

are Grizzlies supposed to be slow or something??

Bear would kill tiger and 20 salmon before the tiger and 2 lions realized they were dead. Bear are very agile and fast as well as extremely durable. Big cats do not have the protection of a thick coat.

Male tiger Vs Female African Lion. discuss

Ok, here is one Mr. Miyagi vs. Steven Seagal, IMO, I think Mr. Miyagi is wiser, and he would win, grasshopper.

I don't know, Disney seems to be the bigger company these days...Depends on if Goofy and Donald show up...who does Bugs have as back up, Daffy duck?!?!? Give me a break, Daffy is a wuss, he couldn't even escape Elmer Fudd if he wanted.

In other news, I'd go with the African Lioness over the tiger...

Good point...maybe we should have some sort of nomination procedure for the top 16 or 32 contenders and then draw up some brackets and seed them.

    Here's my dream match...

    Fred Sanford vs. George Jefferson

Are you kidding me? One of them would show up with Marvin's Illudium Q-36 explosive space modulator...then, it's over...
