after attending the game on sat vs the grizzlies being the first weekend of NBA and the second game for the rockets on a sat night i would have thought there would be a full house,,,but it think it was 13,000 that showed quite low for a new arena, team, etc...... i was looking on the spurs website, and they have a promo for sat night value package for 20$ and that includes some food and beverage and i think alot of teams have nights where it is more affordable to go to a basketball event i was wondering if the rockets had any intention of doing so this season or you guys think it would be a wise decision to do so
That would be cool....like the Astros do during their season...they have sooo many promo nights....heck that's when I went, 1$ ticket and/or 1$ hot dog night! Gotta love it! Granted, though, the Astros have twice as many home games to fill seats for, but with 40 home games, you know the Rockets will have difficulty selling out every night. So why night have some discount nights...they have giveaways like bobblheads and such...but how bout a like a 5$ ticket night for the nosebleeds....or perhpaps a 1$ hot dog night like the S'tros....I guarantee you, you offer really cheap food, they WILL come!
Just call Matress Mac and tell him to bring over some free hotdogs with "GALLERYFURNITURE.COM" lasered onto the buns.
