I was just watching VIrtual GM, on NBA. TV, and while picking Mobley for his matchup team for tonight's game, the host said that Mobley is playing well this year, and mentioned that maybe it will continue as he might be motivated by ' that big trade rumour which has Mobley going to the Celtics.' Now, have I missed something? I don't love this guy, but he's usually accurate about his rumours; he doesn't start any, he's not an insider, but every time I've heard him reference a rimour before, it's been out there. But I haven't heard squat about a rumour involving Cat and the Celtics, or am I forgetting something? No word on what the rumour has coming our way, etc., just wanting to know if any of you have heard this too...
Damn, where have you been? A couple weeks ago there was a rumor of Mobley, Nachbar, and Griffin to the Celtics for Tony Battie and Eric Williams...I think there was a draft pick involves, also...
Man I hope not. I love the new look here. the new arena, the NYC group forming and my one reason for finding this site and the houston Rockets may be traded!! and posted by MacBeth no doubt. Well if it does happen at least my boy from URI might get some respect in Boston
Oh, God, that thing...I thought that was too far back for this guy to be mentioning, and there was a new rumour. Wow. Yeah, I guess it was only a coupla weeks back, seemed so much longer. If that's all it was, if there is no new rumour, feel free to close this thread please, admins. I assumed it must be something else.
No kidding, Mobley will be shipped to Celtics. I am not convinced he's adjusting to JVG¡®s style. His shooting fluctuates , ne night he can shoot down the stars, the next he will jack up 10~ 12 bricks. Call me a prick, but until I see Mobley shoots consistently, say 3 games in a row, I will still be preaching "Be gone, Mobley"
