Why are you so against an investigation - one that even many respected Republicans are advocating for. is John McCain a liberal? Are you going to answer that or run away and continue trolling Bigtexxxxxx? Why is it when anyone ever tries to actually make a point with you - you either deflect or you run away? Seems like you only like to cowardly lob bombs from afar and never actually engage in battle.
It's no coincidence that members of the Trump campaign had ties to strongman leaders/dictators in Eastern Europe who run their own campaigns in a similar way.
LOL. LilTexxx I'm sure you are self aware enough to know you'd be yelling for an investigation it was Clinton in the oval office.
I personally don't think Trump knowingly and intentionally sought help from Russia, it would be very hard to prove without a smoking gun. It's far more likely (and provable) that folks in the Trump campaign (Manafort and Page) knowingly used information given to them by pro-Putin groups to get an edge.
We would be yelling and screaming and posting 50 threads about it. Remember the "another terrible job" numbers thread? The dude is just on here to vent his hate for the left. So much anger and then he projects that onto others.
You have a habit of doing this. Trump, according to the article you posted but did not bother to read, was criticizing the aspects of the Russian investigation that looked into his campaign. Whatever happened to RAWSTORY?
It's not fair to compare 500 MW of coal vs 500 MW of solar, since the capacity factor of solar is so much less (500 MW of solar will generate 1.1-1.2 TWh of electricity in the SW desert, 500 MW of coal will generate 3.5-4 TWh assuming it's used as baseload) and is heavily dependent on time of day, day of year and weather conditions.
Perhaps if you want to challenge people on their reading skills, you might want to hone up on your own skills. Quoting directly from the article: While Haley certainly expresses the Trump spin and focus on the fake news aspect, she is also directly quoted in contradicting Trump's own statements. She appears to use the Conway/Spicer approach of "alternate facts":
It could be the case, and likely will be the finding I have to admit. But even in a perfect Trump world, I fully expect at least Comey to come out and say how unwise it was for Trump's campaign to not have done these things (and counting)- -Properly vetting (Flynn representing a foreign power, Manafort, etc.) -communicating with Russian hackers (Stone communicating with Guccifer 2.0) without informing with intelligence officials. -Not forthcoming in confirmations (Sessions lying about Russian contacts)... likely a Congress hand slap. -Encouraging hacking (Trump on campaign) -etc. etc. Having even "Useful Idiots" that can be used by foreign powers is not something that will go over well with folks in the Justice Department, FBI, CIA, etc. I fully expect at least Comey to come out (ala Hillary's email investigation conclusion) and state their finding and I do NOT expect Comey to be kind to Trump even if there are no crimes committed. Truth is, the Trump campaign and admin. participated in this situation in a way that was not productive to our intelligence community, and assisted the benefit of a foreign adversary in attacking our country (maybe unknowingly or only lightly assisting them). That's not against the law, but it will be something the FBI & possibly congress & the senate will want to be very clear on so it never happens again with future campaigns. Point being... I don't see a Rosey outcome either way for the Trump administration moving forward. At best they get a massive hand slap for reasons mentioned. That hand slap will follow them around for the foreseeable future just as Hillary's emails followed her. Also what is the fallout if some Trump associates get caught red handed but Trump himself isn't found of any collusion himself? I guarantee you if Podesta coordinated with a foreign power to help get Hillary elected she would be impeached before you could count to 3. Do those same rules apply for Trump if his associates are found guilty of a crime, but Trump himself is not? However... there is still much more we have yet to learn IMO based on what is still coming out in a drip drip leaky faucet. The more circumstantial evidence that continues to come out (even without a smoking gun) the worse the hand slap will get for Trump that will follow him around like a 1000 pound guerilla.
Or...as is already the case for most mainstream americans...the "scandal" becomes more fodder for a "fake news" claim. People see what they want to see. The far left sees impeachable offenses. Trumpsters see unfair persecution of their president. The sane majority has their eyes glaze over in boredom and disgust and tuned out weeks ago.
What if my agent of choice is the FBI director (a Republican) who has stated that ties between Russia and the Trump campaign are currently under investigation? Also, the majority of Americans want an independent investigation, so it appears that you're not part of any bored "sane majority." http://thehill.com/homenews/administration/326885-poll-majority-wants-independent-russia-probe
All the while CNN, FOX, MSNBC etc. are seeing record high ratings, and they are covering the topic quite heavily. I'd say its fair that eyes glaze over, but to a lot of people it seems to be pretty obvious they are highly interested in knowing whether or not their current president has engaged in treason or if he's simply an opportunist that played along with a Russian campaign to help him win the Presidency. Either way there is substantial reason to believe ALOT of people care to know the extent of his involvement. For the government (Republicans & Democrats) its important dually to make sure they inform the public about the techniques used so they don't fall for it again. As you might or might not have heard, Paul Ryan just the past few weeks was targeted and attacked by Russia via cyber, Marco Rubio was also attacked during the primary, and Mike Pence's email was hacked. Its obvious that ALL PEOPLE in the US need a better understanding on Cyber warfare & propaganda, because it affects both sides, and "people" care about it.

Erik Prince is definitely a shady character. He is already being investigated for laundering money in association with the Chinese government. However, this meeting took place way too late to be of any significance in establishing the Trump-Russia connection. If Trump resigns shortly, then I'll definitely take that as I sign he was in on it. Still need more information.
