Offense is still overly reliant on Harden and predictable.

If you make life tough for Harden like Harkless just did, you make life hard for the Rockets.

honestly it's hard to watch this team lately man harden does not look like himself. i used to care when I missed games but I'm glad I missed the last two (caught the 4th tonight).

    LOL, good luck.

We've lost like 2 games now and with the Warriors tomorrow this place is ready to implode.

I really don't care about the losses right now. I care about Harden's wrists and Ryno's ankle. We can play the last 3 games with those 2 healthy we'll be fine.

Harden almost had a triple double with the turnovers. Yikes. Terrible but meh 1 game.

****ing awful game, and horrendous final two minutes
Denver dun goofed. Gave away a 22 year old potential all-star. 1st round pick. And their playoff spot.

I think it has to do with Vitamin D deficiency and all the extreme veganism that goes on there. My cousin lives in Portland and I love it but there are a lot of sensitive souls there who'll react to anything.

Either sit him or limit his minutes. He needs to give that ball and let someone else create while james gets his rhythm back. From a coaching standpoint, what's the point in playing a injured when there's a capable score and creator sitting right there on bench during most 4th quarters? His name is Lou Williams. We unnecessarily rely too much on James, this has been a issue in most games. Not just tonight.

Aptly put....in a nutshell. Just said a little differently. You can't lolligag your butt through 3 quarters and decide you want to play in the end....oh, you'll get one now and then but lose a heckuva lot more.

There was really no point in bringing him back into the game. Lou was the one who got us back in it.

Harden's MVP is gone. Harden is a top5 player, but he doesn't deserve MVP. I will give the vote to Russ

Not only was it dumb...tbh this years championship to me is the MVP. Yea its cool to be a good team but this team doesn't have the talent to win a championship and thats just because the spurs and warriors are present. Regardless to have a player from your team win an MVP is great to see along with great for recruiting. I don't understand the purpose of putting an injured player back in when you have cut the lead too 2, on top of which he got his tape taken off and looked to be sitting. Put him back in to look bad was the end result of that r****ded decision. I hope he wins MVP because that is the championship for this team, we can get too the second round and make noise but lets be honest one star never gets you too the promised land.

Harden needs to incorporate more of the midrange into his game like he did in 14-15. When he's not feeling it from 3 which happens pretty often, he should go to the midrange and get his rythm back. Instead, he'll keep taking threes off the dribble which results in him going 2-13 from 3 like he did tonight.

Honestly, if that was the effort that was gonna be put forth by the team for 3 quarters, Harden absolutely should have rested.

This is why i cannot agree with other guys here in the end, yeah, we can beat anyone if we shoot well, the question is "can we beat anyone in a 7 game series?" Eh...the problem is that your shot is a product of your ball movement (which is still a question mark for this team, sometimes is good like against OKC, sometimes is ass like tonight) AND the opponent defense, there're just other teams playing better on both ends than us, nothing more, nothing less.

I just cannot see this team go past a series against the Spurs AND the Warriors.
