    would you guys support resting some of our players for the remaining stretch? the jazz are 6.5 games behind with only 9 games (8 for the jazz) left...why risk injuries playing hard fought without improving our standings for the playoffs. other than confidence...i really don't see what else to be gained at this stage. personally i would prefer ensuring a fully healthy team for the playoffs.

    I would sit Nene, Ariza and Gordon after this stretch against the Warriors.

    No, not yet. The 3rd seed is likely a formality at this point since the magic number is only 3 and the Jazz still have to go into San Antonio and Golden State. But beyond that, it's worth going for the 3rd best record in the league(the magic number for that is either 5 or 6 depending on tiebreakers). If the Rockets do manage to reach the Finals, it would be nice to have homecourt over the Cavs or Celtics.

    Now if the Rockets can lock that up with a week or so left in the season, then by all means rest some guys in those last few games. I doubt Harden will agree to sit since he's going after the MVP trophy, but others like Bev, Gordon, and Ariza could probably use a breather.

    I hope we break the 3 point record tonight. I still get pissed off remembering the game when Mark Jackson deliberately fouled Rockets down the stretch so we don't obliterate the 3 point record

    Also, Curry is crap without Iggy and Draymond. The real team captains of the Warriors are Iggy and Draymond, just fyi.
