Never has a president kicked out attorney's in one day. Usually they are allowed to finish their current investigations. Trump WANTED Preet - he asked him to stay...until Preet was asked to investigate Trump.
Hahaha. Schumers boy will be ok. Even CNN called him a showman so I am sure he will parlay this attention into something lucrative.
Pretty sure attorney generals are always investigating something. That kind of is their job. Clinton had every single one replaced very shortly after taking office. Preet wasn't the only attorney general asked to resign, Sessions had asked all 46 Obama-appointed attorney generals to resign. Do you have ANY proof that Preet was asked to be replaced due to investigating Trump or is that some conspiracy theory?
Preet crying to the media about being fired while the other 45 attorney generals who were asked to resign aren't kind of tells you something about Preet tbh.
Preet went from possibly being Obama's Scotus nominee to being fired by Jeff Sessions and Donald Trump. Ouch!
......that he was investigating Trump and his cabal? I like the "pretend like I am the guy from Billions" angle, bird. You get a half a gold star for topicality.
It's normal. What's not so normal is (Trump specifically) asking that AG to stay on, he agreed, then fired him weeks later.
[/QUOTE] This should result in an investigation - firing someone who is investigating your staff is textbook corruption.
