I am not concerned but I know the feeling of a big win . . .wanted to hear all the feed back about your boys doing work Rocket River
For all you cats holding out hope for MVP (I'm not one of them) PERCEPTION MATTERS. Sports Center not bothering to talk about how Harden brought the Rockets back to win against "The best player in the league that should always be MVP" is all you need to know.
It'll be talked a lot more later on. Expect Stephen A. Smith to give Harden lots of praise tomorrow. Max Kellerman might even jump on the Harden MVP boat.
This has been going on since Hakeem's career, national media aren't slobbing on any player wearing Rockets jersey until they have to. Rockets are the Khloe K of the NBA. I was just chuckling a bit on this thread because most here should know better.
Front page of ESPN. tiny blurb about the game and big post on not enough talk about Lebron MVP --- by CALVIN WATKINS
They went to the Ball family documentary for the 5th time today. No chance that any other MVP candidate has a game like Hardens and gets bumped like this. It is stupid to have the only discussion about the game, after the lead, be all about Lebron.
2 words, march madness. Turn on ESPN right now and see what most of the day consists of. NBA comes second right now.
Funny thing is when it another dude like a Kawhi or a Westbrick or a Lerbron it's always "the present matters", "momentum", "what you've done recently" when it comes to the MVP talk Harden puts up a big triple double leading his team to a comeback win over the defending Champions and it's quickly forgotten. No talk of how he is back to the leading MVP candidate....
It's amazing to me that in one quarter posters can proclaim that our season is over but yet ESPN ignoring a marquee game is irrelevant. Is it Oochie Wally or One Mic?
Lebron and then boys shook! You already know, bev moving into a role that better suits him when we have 3 guards who can run an offense better than him. Get big dick Ariza some rest along with huge dick nene and watch us blow da top off dese chickadeez #actright
You guys realize selection Sunday was yesterday so that obviously was the big national sports news? I don't give a crap about college basketball but I recognize nationally that selection Sunday was more important than a march 12 regular season NBA game.
