    Wake up dude.

You know he went for 2 things, the money and the starting job. This dude has never cared about team success.
Now let's compare that to Yao Ming who said "I'm a Rocket for life".

Lol at being reduced to quoting yourself. Not at all surprising you have rookie status on here which is reserved for the absolute worst posters on the site

    You wonder why?

Hornets getting career and all-star year from Kemba, and lost Courtner Lee and Lin. Lee on a better than last year Knicks team hasn't helped them to much success. Was it the loss of Lin? The Nets are winning 3x more games when Lin plays vs not.

Lin was part of the two Hornets 5-man rotations last season that was I think top 12 in the NBA. Kemba was in only one of them. The only other member on both 5-man rotation was Marvin Williams, and he is still with the Hornets this year. The only missing guy in the equation is Lin, and the Hornets have dropped off significantly this year.

And just some stats on Lin. Not played much this year, but per 36min:
    20pt, ~7.5 assists, ~4.5 reb, and shooting 47/39/75%.

Low minutes partly due to injury, and partly due to Nets going full developmental mode as they won't win enough to attract big name free agents, yet don't Have much incentives to lose because they traded away their 1st round pick. They're just taking a good look at all the players, and have I believe played 11 players in the 1st quarter alone once.

Yes, but for the rest of us, we understand that team success comes first.

Lin's goal was to take a starting role on a team as he enters the prime of his career. Pelicans would have been an interesting opportunity, but given his experiences with various coaches around the league, he ultimately chose the opportunity where he felt most comfortable with the coach. Not saying that he wouldn't have had a good relationship with the Pelicans coach, but with the Nets and Atkinson he chose the known-quantity.

The Rockets paid Yao well and made him the starter. They treated him well.

Nets definitely look like a different team when Lin is playing. Almost beat the Hawks last night. They still have a shot a 20 wins this season.

Close only counts in horse shoes and hand grenades. Hawks suck anyways. Not any sort of accomplishment hanging in there with them.

I really doubt he even cares that the Nets win 20 games , it's some made up goal that somehow will tie to Jeremy Lin and justify a Lin Fan's obsession to talk about him on team or sports boards

It's like the loud religious fanatic on the street yelling at people about his religion but doesn't really care about the others he's yelling at

No, why would you think that they would?
