Sign Calderon and Fredette. Let's run a 5 guard lineup.

    Calderon-Lou-Fredette-Gordon-Harden

    Who could stop it?o_O

Is he 6'11"? Can he rebound? Can he block shots?......WE DON'T NEED HIM!

Probably because he's never seemed to be much of a player in the NBA.
He could be... but he seems to have envisioned himself something that he isn't, which led to increasingly diminished playing time until eventually he played himself out of the league.
I get the feeling he did put in the hard work required to mold himself into a JJ Reddick like player (I know, I know... white guy to white guy comparison... but its a good comparison).

Curry, otoh, seems to have really put in the effort and hard work. In some ways starting off where Curry did has benefited him, while Fredette being drafted where he was definitely hurt him.

The question is has his "demotion" to China helped give him a different perspective?

Even if so, and even if he makes sense on the Rockets stylistically, its not what the team needs right now.

2017: Jimmer Fredette scores 73 points in Chinese league game
2013: Bobby Brown scores 74 points in Chinese league game, including the game-winning shot

Fredette resolves absolutely none of our most pressing issues.

We essentially have 3 roster spots. Already have 3 bigs.
Are we going to use all 3 spots on C's?
I would think Fredette was salivate at the chance of playing
in the Wild Wild West called the Rockets 3 pt barrage. What better way to use his strengths?
I think he would thrive. And would be willing to jettison Brown to find out

We need a wing defender as well. So your plan days after signing 2 guys under 6'3", is to sign another guy under 6'3"??

    6 PG's and one true SF?o_O

Another sturdy boy while we already have a non sturdy boy Brown who should be playing ahead of sturdy Fredette?

I would rather have Jimmer or Josh Smith than Bobby Brown. I just don't understand why he keeps sticking to this roster. Then again I'd rather have Zhou Qi on the roster than Bobby Brown, for entertainment purposes.

Can't defend 'wind' anyway. It will blow right by. lol

YES, my plan is to flip Brown for Fredette. As GM, that's part of my campaign promise.
    We have 2 other spots for a C and a PF. But how may legits are available? . . . . . . . .
Might as well snag a 3pt sniper while he's available. Can likely get him off the sale rack

It's especially good at Yao's restaurant on Westheimer.
